Golf in Down Under
Super Start
Thursday during the first round i played solid golf. Especially my short game was great, this was important as the greens were very small. If you missed the green shot it was essential to have a great short game for important savers out of the bunkers or savers around the tiny greens. The first day i was ranked 28th, amazing the same ranking as super stars such as Karrie Webb and Yani Tseng.
Black Friday
Unfortunately i was not able to play as solid as previous day. I had physical leaks and therefore my score on the second nine were just too high in order to keep the total score low. A disappointing 82 was listed as the end resultat of that black friday. I felt too week to hit the ball as i used to. I was disappointed but life goes on.

The final 21st ranking in New Zealand made my trip overseas as successful as it was. I could make some important steps into the Money Ranking listing of the Ladies European Tour 2010. A big advantage to the players which have not played any tournament yet .
I am looking forward to the first tournament which will be organised in Europe. It will be the Nations Cup which will be played in Spain mid April. My team mate will be Frederique Seeholzer and both of us will be representing the Swiss Nation.
Practice, practice & practice
Now i am preparing myself within the upcoming 4 weeks. The last 3 weeks tought me that i am able to keep up with the very best, but i need to have more consistency and keep up for all 4 rounds. I am really positive about the experiences i made Down Under but nevertheless i am looking forward flying back to South Africa.
