From winter to summer
Wintergolf in the Engadin
For many years the wintergolf is part of a long tradition for me to participate. Just a great start into a new season!
Every golfer who gets the chance to participate in a tournament on snow ground should do it. A one-lifetime-experience – even the low temperatures could prevent me to participarte.
Back to practice
Now, beginning of february i go back to South Africa to meet and practice with my coach. I am looking forward to get used to my new Titleis clubs (special new groves), before i play my first tournament of the year.
Until then i will be busy to get my body and my physical condition in shape. I noticed, that there is still a gap between my golf and the players which are top ranked. Therefore i took the chance to get prepared during the winter months. I feel good!
New Zealand and Australia
The first tournament on the LET will start in february 25th in New Zealand. I am looking forward to play on a new continent i never played before.
After New Zealand the calendar sends me to Australia. I do have good memories as in Australia i already played as an amateur the world cup in 2008. Therefore i am looking forward playing two tournaments, hopefully i will succeed as successful as in the past time as an amateur, a good sign and a big challenge.
These tournaments are a big chance for me to see where i still do have some space for improvement, perfect to get prepared for the season in Europe to start.
